I have always photographed while travelling, but rarely the things I was supposed to photograph.
 

My attention tends to drift elsewhere — towards small gestures, strange coincidences, quiet absurdities and ordinary scenes that, for a moment, become impossible to ignore.
 

Elsewhere is an ongoing collection of those moments. The photographs are not about particular destinations, but about the act of looking: what catches my attention when everything around me is unfamiliar.
